Warning: Kotaku. The article itself is quite good (I didn't notice any horrible language or anything, but tell me if I missed something), but the E3 sidebar features journalistic highlights such as "Which are the cutest booth babes?", and of course the comments section quickly devolves into victim blaming.

Summary: A female game journalist attended E3 and was forcibly pulled away from the keyboard so that the PR reps could 'Play it for her'. And then received similar treatment from most of the rest of the show as well.

Sigh.

Is it sad that I had this conversation with a friend of mine?
*I send him the link
Him: Are you honestly surprised?
Me: Surprised? No. Disappointed and vaguely infuriated? Yes.
